SBMH Clinical Supervisor
About The Position
Noble is seeking a compassionate and collaborative School Based Clinical Supervisor to support our growing Behavioral Health team. This role provides clinical leadership and therapeutic services for children, adolescents, and families within a school-based setting while promoting integrated, trauma-informed care. The ideal candidate is passionate about improving access to behavioral health services, supporting clinicians, and building strong partnerships with schools, families, and community agencies. Noble Community Clinics is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) that has been proudly serving Wisconsin communities for over 60 years. Requirements
- Master’s degree in social work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
- Active Wisconsin licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent)
- Experience working with children and adolescents in behavioral health settings
- Strong communication, collaboration, and crisis intervention skills
Nice To Haves
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical supervision, guidance, and support to school-based behavioral health staff
- Deliver individual, family, and group therapy services in-person and via telehealth
- Conduct biopsychosocial assessments, diagnoses, treatment planning, and crisis intervention
- Utilize evidence-based approaches including CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed care
- Collaborate with schools, providers, families, and community resources to coordinate care
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation within EPIC and ensure HIPAA compliance
- Support quality improvement initiatives and promote best clinical practices
