About The Position

Make a difference every day by joining CCRES as a school-based Behavior Analyst / BCBA in Lower Merion School District in partnership with the Chester County Intermediate Unit! $5,000 BCBA SIGN ON BONUS: Eligible to BCBAs who are hired for a minimum of 25 billable hours Bonus pay in 2 installments: $2,500 issued in first pay of billable services and $2,500 issued after 90 days after hire Summary: The school-based Behavior Analyst / BCBA position is $75-$79 per hour based on years of experience after BCBA certification as a BCBA (independent contractor / 1099) School based hours for the 2026-2027 school year

Requirements

Master's Degree in applied behavior analysis (ABA) or a related program
BCBA certification
Working experience after BCBA certification
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Current Certificate
Education Documentation - Diploma OR Official Transcripts
Professional Liability Insurance
PA Child Abuse (Act 151) Clearance - current within 12 months
PA Criminal (Act 34) Clearance - current within 12 months
PA Department of Education FBI Use code: 1KG6XN - current within 12 months
TB screening - current within 3 months

Experience working with students with autism, emotional/behavioral disorders, and/or intellectual disabilities.

Responsibilities

Conduct functional behavioral assessments and write reports summarizing results.
Develop positive behavioral supports utilizing evidence-based interventions.
Assess a students instructional needs and develop appropriate programming.
Provide ongoing monitoring of student data and make programming adjustments as needed.
Develop tools and work with staff to collect progress-monitoring data on behavioral goals.
Train staff on positive behavior support plans and instructional programs and monitor fidelity.
