About The Position
Help students thrive through meaningful behavioral support! Cross Country Education is seeking dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to support students, educators, and school teams throughout the 2026–2027 school year in the Lawndale and Hawthorne, CA area.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification
Nice To Haves
- School-based experience or experience supporting K–12 students preferred
Responsibilities
- Conduct student and classroom observations to identify behavioral needs and develop effective intervention strategies.
- Develop, implement, and monitor Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) to promote positive student outcomes.
- Provide consultation, coaching, and training to teachers, support staff, and educational teams on evidence-based behavior management practices.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support students' behavioral, social-emotional, and educational success.
