About The Position

HealthPro Pediatrics has an exciting opportunity available for a School-Based Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Charleston, SC! This is a Part-Time position, offering up to 50 hours per month, as a W-2 employee with a compensation of $60-$62/hr. This is a float position covering multiple schools in the area. Requirements

• Active BCBA certification (required)
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Experience supervising RBTs
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Nice To Haves

• Previous school-based experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing supervision of RBTs in accordance with BACB requirements
• Develop, implement, and update Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) as needed
• Review and analyze student data to guide interventions
• Collaborate with school staff, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams
• Provide training and support to staff on behavior management strategies
• Participate in IEP meetings as requested
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation
