About The Position

Cross Country Education is seeking dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to provide behavioral consultation, develop effective intervention strategies, and support educators in creating positive learning environments where students can succeed. This role is for the 2026-2027 school year in the Lawndale/Hawthorne, CA area. The BCBA will conduct student and classroom observations to assess behavioral needs and inform effective intervention strategies. They will develop, implement, and monitor Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) to promote positive student outcomes. Additionally, the BCBA will provide consultation, coaching, and training to teachers, support staff, and educational teams on evidence-based behavior management practices, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support students' behavioral, social-emotional, and educational success.

Requirements

Master's Degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification
Experience conducting behavioral assessments, developing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), and collaborating with multidisciplinary educational teams
