About The Position

Help students build communication, independence, and other skills during the school day. You’ll provide one-to-one ABA support under the supervision of a BCBA and work with the school and clinical teams to follow each student’s plan. Requirements

An interest in working with children and young adults with autism or other behavioral support needs.
The ability to follow individualized plans and document services accurately.
Reliable transportation to assigned school sites.
Reliable internet access for required remote meetings or documentation; a work iPad is provided.
High School Diploma or equivalent
Reliable Transportation and Valid Insurance
Experience working with children and school settings

Nice To Haves

RBT certification is preferred; training is available for BT candidates

Responsibilities

Implement treatment goals and behavioral strategies developed by the supervising BCBA.
Help students practice new skills and use replacement behaviors identified in their plans.
Collect data during sessions and complete required documentation.
Communicate with the BCBA and school team about student progress.
Attend required team meetings and training.
