School Based BCBA
About The Position
Devereux is seeking a school-based BCBA to join their team in Elkton and surrounding areas within Cecil County, Maryland. This role offers a consistent school schedule with a 10-month work year aligned with school calendars, and optional Extended School Year (ESY) work. The position focuses on providing behavioral support to students with autism, intellectual disabilities, and developmental disabilities. The team is BCBA-led and includes Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and psychologists, dedicated to high-quality, evidence-based services grounded in compassionate, ethical practices.
Requirements
- Active BCBA certification (required)
- Strong collaboration and communication skills

Responsibilities
- Provide behavioral support to students with autism, intellectual disabilities, and developmental disabilities
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans
- Train and support school staff on behavior strategies
- Collaborate with educators and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
