About The Position

This 10-month BCBA position is with the William Penn School District, on assignment through the Devereux Center for School-Based Mental Health Services. The role involves supporting elementary and secondary Emotional Support (ES) programs by providing high quality behavioral consultation, assessment, training, and program development grounded in applied behavior analysis (ABA) to improve outcomes for students with emotional and behavioral disorders. The Devereux Center for School-Based Mental Health Services offers comprehensive, school-based mental health services to support students' emotional and behavioral health and well-being, including individual and group counseling, behavioral consultations, classroom support, evidence-based screenings, and short-term interventions.

Requirements

  • Masters Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Applied Behavior Analysis, Social Work or related field
  • Relevant behavioral experience

Responsibilities

  • Provide classroom consultation on behavior supports and classroom management
  • Conduct FBAs and develop positive behavior support plans
  • Deliver staff and family training
  • Support program development and data‑based decision making
  • Coach staff and ensure fidelity of behavior plans
  • Provide supervision to ABA trainees (as eligible)
