About The Position
Join our team as a school and sports portrait photographer and make a meaningful impact by capturing unforgettable moments. You will take school portraits, and sports team and individual portraits throughout the school year, helping families and individuals preserve joyful memories. This role offers competitive pay starting at $17-20/hour, with opportunities for increases based on skills and proficiency. A typical day involves traveling to various photography assignments across the Kenosha, WI region, with paid travel time and mileage reimbursement. You will be the friendly face of VIP, ensuring every photo session is enjoyable and memorable for clients. There are opportunities to collaborate with lead photographers to advance your skills, with potential for leadership roles and ongoing learning and improvement.
Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or GED
- Active driver's license
- Reliable vehicle and active car insurance
- Authorized to work in the United States without requiring work sponsorship or visa
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and stand for majority of shift
- Exceptional judgment and intuition in capturing the best photos.
- Strong interpersonal skills to make clients feel comfortable and clearly convey instructions and feedback.
- Dedication to completing tasks, overcoming challenges, and meeting deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other photographers and team members.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and continuously improve your skills.
Nice To Haves
