About The Position
The Luce Elementary School is looking for a dynamic and dedicated individual to serve as a school aide for the 2026-2027 school year. We are a community that values equity, social-emotional learning, and inclusive access to engaging learning experiences for all students, and as such, candidates should feel comfortable filling in across all grade levels and in a variety of roles within the school.

- Communicate effectively with students, colleagues, and administrators.
Responsibilities
- Support a wide range of students during lunch.
- Participate in professional development opportunities and training as required within the workday.
- Supervise students as needed during unstructured times such as recess or lunch.
- Perform other duties that may be assigned by the Principal, Team Chair, or Administrative Assistant.
