Join our team as a Teacher Assistant and help create a safe, engaging, and supportive environment where students can learn, grow, and thrive. Working alongside Site Coordinators, Lead Teachers, Program Facilitators, and community partners, you'll play an important role in supporting daily program operations while encouraging positive youth development, academic success, and meaningful connections with students and families. The Teacher Assistant provides direct support for student supervision and daily program operations within NFCOZ and MCOZ Out-of-School Time programs. This position works collaboratively with program leadership and instructional staff to deliver high-quality programming while promoting the mission, values, and goals of East Bay Community Action Program (EBCAP).
