As a School Age Speech Language Pathologist (SLP), you’ll play a vital role in empowering students with developmental and communication needs to thrive- academically, socially, and emotionally- within a supportive, mission-driven environment. Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • NYS license (or eligibility)
  • School certification (TSHH or TSSLD) required for school programs

Nice To Haves

  • CFY candidates are welcome!
  • ASHA certification preferred

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate & treat students with speech, language, feeding, swallowing, and augmentative communication needs
  • Develop and implement individualized, age-appropriate goals within IEPs and treatment plans
  • Provide direct therapy services in school settings while supporting person-centered outcomes
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary teams to maximize student progress
