About The Position

Healthy Kids Programs is hiring a School Age Childcare Site Supervisor for our After School Program at our Fort Montgomery Elementary School location for the 2026–2027 school year. This role is ideal for individuals who love working with children, possess a positive attitude, and are committed to providing exceptional care. The program serves school-age children (ages 5–12) and operates following the school calendar. The ideal candidate will be reliable, organized, and enjoy building relationships while supporting student growth.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent, OR at least 1 year of experience working with children under the age of 13.
• Required health clearance, including TB screening, in accordance with state regulations.
• Must demonstrate a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and reliability.
• Physically able to bend, stretch, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds while actively engaging with children throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Ensure kids are engaged, safe, and having fun every day.
• Ensure the program reflects Healthy Kids Program’s model.
• Ensure the site is fully staffed every day.
• Ensure teachers are prepared, supported, and showing up for the kids.
• Ensure the site operates in ratio at all times.
• Ensure records are accurate and current.
• Ensure the program is ready for inspection on any given day.
• Ensure the site is well-stocked with the supplies and materials teachers need.
• Restock supplies before they run out.
