About The Position

Healthy Kids Programs is hiring a School Age Childcare Site Supervisor for our After School Program at the Noxon Road Elementary School location for the 2026–2027 school year. This role involves ensuring program quality, maintaining adequate staffing, ensuring compliance with regulations, and managing inventory. The ideal candidate loves working with children, brings energy and patience, encourages curiosity and creativity, works well with teammates, and communicates effectively with families. Reliability, organization, and a commitment to exceptional care are essential.

Requirements

• 18 years or older
• Hold a High School Diploma or equivalent
• Preferably 1 year of experience working with kids under 13
• Medically cleared of any communicable diseases including TB
• Must be warm, friendly, and upbeat
• Exceptional people skills
• Professional, reliable, and prompt
• Physically able to bend, stretch, lift, carry (up to 50 lbs.), and do whatever it takes to keep up with the children

Responsibilities

• Ensure kids are engaged, safe, and having fun every day.
• Ensure the program reflects Healthy Kids Program’s model.
• Ensure the site is fully staffed every day.
• Ensure teachers are prepared, supported, and showing up for the kids.
• Ensure the site operates in ratio at all times.
• Ensure records are accurate and current.
• Ensure the program is ready for inspection on any given day.
• Ensure the site is well-stocked with the supplies and materials teachers need.
• Manage inventory to prevent running out of supplies mid-week.
• Perform restocking before it becomes a problem.
