About The Position

Healthy Kids Programs is hiring a Part-Time Site Director who is ready to step into a leadership role, make a daily impact on children’s lives, and enjoy a flexible schedule with a rare benefit of employer-paid childcare. You will step into a leadership role where your work directly shapes a positive, structured, and engaging environment for children before and after school. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Early Childhood Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience working with children in a school, childcare, camp, or youth program setting
  • 1 year of managerial or supervisory experience
  • Familiarity with before- and after-school program environments a plus
  • Knowledge of state childcare licensing or school-age care regulations helpful but not required
  • Calm, flexible, and resourceful in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to pass required background and fingerprint clearances.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

  • Ensure staff and program operations consistently meet state regulations, Healthy Kids policies, and host school requirements.
  • Plan and lead engaging, hands-on activities aligned with the Healthy Kids curriculum, including fitness, STEAM, academics, arts, and homework support.
  • Oversee daily operations including attendance tracking, registration updates, scheduling, and staffing support.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with parents and caregivers using the Playground App.
  • Work closely with your direct supervisor and team to share updates, solve problems proactively, and maintain a positive and supportive program culture.
