We're looking for a dedicated, organized, and experienced leader who is passionate about creating a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for children and families. Requirements
- Experience in childcare, youth programs, or education
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Associate's degree in a related field plus required experience
- New York State Children's Program Administrator credential plus required experience
- School Age Child Care Credential or other recognized credential plus required experience
- Two years of college with 18 credits in a related field plus required experience
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily program operations
- Supervise and support staff
- Ensure compliance with licensing and safety requirements
- Build strong relationships with families and school partners
- Plan age-appropriate activities that maintain high program quality
