About The Position
Hiring for the 2026-2027 School Year. Multiple schedules are available based upon building hours. This position involves working with school-aged children in a caregiving capacity.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Work Permit Required for those under 18 years of age.
- Possess reliable transportation and be willing to travel to multiple programs within the district.
- Possess excellent organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Interact and communicate positively and appropriately with students, staff, and visitors.
- Demonstrate compassion, patience, and flexibility.
- Work independently, demonstrate use of good judgment, and reinforce behavioral support directives.
- Interact with large groups of multi-age children and/or individually with students needing additional assistance.
- Maintain regular, reliable, and punctual attendance.
