Scheduling Specialist (Cancer Center)
About The Position
Work Schedule: 100% FTE, Monday through Friday, no weekends and no holidays. 8-hour shifts with rotating start times: 7:30am-3:30pm, 8:00am-4:30pm, OR 8:30am-5:00pm. This is a hybrid position, in person location is UW Health Bell School St. Clinic. Additional components of compensation may include: Evening, night, and weekend shift differential, Overtime, On-call pay. Requirements
- Associate's Degree with an emphasis on healthcare.
- Previous computer experience.
Nice To Haves
- 2 years of Customer Service experience in a healthcare setting or with medical claims insurance.
- 2 years of Customer Service experience.
