Requirements

• Great customer service skills to create a positive experience during scheduling interactions.
• Ability to multitask efficiently, juggling multiple appointments, tasks, and responsibilities simultaneously.
• Ability to handle scheduling conflicts or unexpected changes and find solutions.
• Effective time management skills while overseeing multiple schedules and appointments simultaneously.
• Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in managing schedules.
• Available to work any day of the week including weekends.
