We are looking for an energetic and detail oriented full-time Office Assistant/Scheduling Specialist to join our team! Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalency
• Medical or Behavioral Health experience highly desired
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• This person will work 20 hours/week as an Office Assistant and 20 hours/week as a Scheduling Specialist supporting our clinic and physical therapy areas.
• The Scheduling Specialist provides superior customer service to both internal and external customers when scheduling patient appointments.
• The Scheduling Specialist plays an important role in managing provider and department schedules and facilitating access to the services patients need while ensuring efficient operation of the department.
• The Office Assistant is responsible for providing clerical and administrative support for management and staff in the department/unit.
• Provides a variety of clerical and computer support to the department.
• Works as part of a team and frequently acts as a liaison between department staff and internal/external customers.
• Assists in department projects as requested.
• Other areas depending on current needs
