About The Position

KRE Security is looking for a Full-Time Day Shift Scheduler to join their team in Hamburg, PA. This is an in-office Monday–Friday position, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM. The Schedulers are at the center of daily operations, managing staffing and scheduling for security personnel across multiple client locations. This role requires someone who is organized, dependable, confident communicating with people, and can adapt when the day doesn't go according to plan. The position involves quick movement, changing priorities, and problem-solving.

Requirements

• Organized: Ability to keep track of multiple schedules, people, locations, and priorities.
• Communicator: Not afraid to pick up the phone, send an email, or follow up.
• Problem solver: Ability to think of Plan B when Plan A doesn't work.
• Detail-oriented: Understanding that small details matter in staffing.
• Reliable: Shows up, follows through, and takes ownership.
• Professional: Able to interact professionally with employees, clients, management, and applicants.
• Comfortable with technology: Experience with scheduling systems, email, spreadsheets, and phones.

Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining employee schedules
• Filling open shifts and finding coverage
• Communicating with security officers about schedules and assignments
• Communicating with clients regarding staffing needs
• Handling call-offs and last-minute staffing changes
• Tracking schedule changes and maintaining accurate documentation
• Following established scheduling procedures
• Communicating important information between shifts and team members
• Identifying staffing gaps before they become bigger problems
• Helping keep clients covered and operations moving
