About The Position
Work Schedule : 100% FTE, 40hrs per week, Shifts scheduled typically Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. We are seeking a Scheduling Operations Analyst to: Design and modify scheduling protocols entered and create scheduling solutions for the department. Build and monitor provider schedules to ensure the organization maximizes template efficiency, productivity, access opportunities and meets operational needs .
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field
- Four (4) years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree, in addition to the required experience below
- 1 year of experience in ambulatory clinic operations
- 1 year of experience with Epic Cadence build or template build/maintenance
Nice To Haves
- 2 years or more of experience in ambulatory clinic operations
