About The Position

The Scheduling Manager is responsible for scheduling DSPs for assigned front-line leaders. This includes creating schedules, contacting employees about their schedule, answering questions from employees regarding their schedules and managing shift changes. This position will Interact with payroll as necessary about timecards. Manage and maintain schedules by filling open shifts, coordinating schedules to increase or decrease the amount of staffing as necessary. Review and edit employee timecards. Work closely with the payroll department each pay period. To supervise employees Create reports of approved schedules for completeness to ensure locations are properly staffed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED certificate
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience coordinating employee schedule
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong computer skills to work in multiple systems, including but not limited to Microsoft Outlook, Kronos, Excel, Word & PowerPoint
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and decision-making skills to set priorities and meet timelines
  • Ability to accurately process information with confidence, flexibility, initiative, and self-directedness
  • Ability to maturely deal with unexpected demands and incidents
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with all levels within the organization
