Requirements
- Highly organized, accurate, and dependable.

- Skilled at coordinating complex routing schedules under pressure.

- Agile enough to adjust processes and keep operations running smoothly.
- Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations: Must be comfortable sitting at a desk and working with a computer, keyboard, telephone, and other office equipment for extended periods of time.
- Be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily service routes to support timely, efficient customer service.
- Partner with service and call center teams to maintain smooth operations.
- Use data and technology to improve routing, productivity, and efficiency.
- Communicate across departments to resolve issues and adjust to changing schedules.
