The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the time and resources of a Multicraft team, including the scheduling and assignment of rigging and associated crews to jobs/job sites based on customer requirements and Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations. The Scheduling Coordinator will collaborate with regional office leadership to schedule work, disseminate assigned work information, maintain the schedule calendar, and arrange for and coordinate needed equipment and resources. This position will supervise dispatch roles and oversee the process for rented and MEI-owned equipment and tools assigned to crews per job requirements, and MEI equipment is scheduled for maintenance.
