Requirements

Two years college or technical education preferred.
Prior project management, business management and administrative tasks experience necessary.
Minimum of one year customer service experience.
Minimum of one year experience with Kohler Hospitality preferred.
Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

Utilize forecast tools, class schedule, reservations, group blocks etc. to generate schedules for location commission staff (therapists, instructors, trainers, etc.).
Monitor reservations for overbooking.
Block off schedule where necessary (groups, classes, extra time needed, lunches, etc.).
Work in partnership with leaders to distribute and manage edits to schedules to ensure timely delivery of posted schedules.
Work with leadership to coordinate training and meetings into schedules and make appropriate room reservations as needed.
Will occasionally assist at the Front Desk of assigned location.
May be required to serve as Manager on Duty of assigned location.
