River Oaks of Minnesota is seeking a full-time Scheduling Coordinator to support our growing team by ensuring appropriate staffing coverage, coordinating new employee onboarding, maintaining employee schedules, and helping our communities provide exceptional care to the residents we serve. This role is vital in ensuring our communities are properly staffed, supported, and prepared for success. The Scheduling Coordinator works closely with employees, department leaders, administrators, and the Support Center to maintain staffing coverage, ensure compliance, and support a positive employee experience. The position also plays a key role in creating a positive employee experience, maintaining staffing stability, and supporting the mission of helping residents live with dignity, independence, and purpose.
