As our new Staffing Coordinator, you’ll work closely with a highly experienced Lead Staffing Coordinator who has built excellent relationships with our team members and is fully committed to your training and professional development. Requirements
- Must have high school diploma or GED
- Must have excellent customer service skills and able to work in a fast-pace environment and multi task.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in office work, MS Word, Excel, and scheduling and payroll software preferred.
- Paycom experience a plus!
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and maintain daily and weekly nursing staff schedules
- Manage call-ins, shift changes, and open position coverage
- Assist with onboarding and orientation of new nursing team members
- Communicate staffing updates to nursing supervisors and department heads
- Support recruitment activities to ensure adequate staffing levels
- Track attendance, scheduling trends, and staffing metrics
- Provide excellent customer service to team members and supervisors
