Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and optimize schedules for 600+ team members, ensuring appropriate coverage and proactively adjusting to fluctuating call volumes.
  • Monitor EMT certifications to ensure compliance, and manage renewals and expirations in a timely manner.
  • Handle scheduling requests with a solution-oriented mindset, balancing operational needs while maintaining a positive and collaborative approach.
  • Leverage the Unit Hour Utilization application to analyze performance metrics and deliver actionable insights through daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.
  • Serve as a key liaison between Operations and HR, ensuring clear communication and supporting initiatives such as the EMT ride-along program.
  • Coordinate staffing for special events and urgent requests, maintaining efficiency in dynamic and fast-paced situations.
  • Oversee scheduling for the New Hire Academy, supporting the successful onboarding and development of new team members.
