About The Position

KRE Security is looking for a Full-Time Day Shift Scheduler to join their team in Hamburg, PA. This is an in-office position, Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:00 PM. The role involves managing staffing and scheduling for security personnel across multiple client locations, requiring organization, dependability, and confident communication. The position is dynamic, with priorities that can change and a need for constant problem-solving.

Requirements

• Organized: Ability to keep track of multiple schedules, people, locations, and priorities.
• Communicator: Not afraid to pick up the phone, send an email, or follow up.
• Problem solver: Ability to think of Plan B when Plan A doesn't work.
• Detail-oriented: Awareness that small details matter in staffing.
• Reliable: Shows up, follows through, and takes ownership.
• Professional: Able to communicate professionally with employees, clients, and management.
• Comfortable with technology: Experience with scheduling systems, email, spreadsheets, and phones.

Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining employee schedules
• Filling open shifts and finding coverage
• Communicating with security officers about schedules and assignments
• Communicating with clients regarding staffing needs
• Handling call-offs and last-minute staffing changes
• Tracking schedule changes and maintaining accurate documentation
• Following established scheduling procedures
• Communicating important information between shifts and team members
• Identifying staffing gaps before they become bigger problems
• Helping keep clients covered and operations moving
