Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in scheduling, dispatching, or workforce coordination in a high-volume environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Google applications, and Outlook
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Clear and professional communication skills
  • Ability to stay focused and efficient in a fast-paced setting
  • Dependable, punctual, and committed to high-quality work
  • Must be able to work on-site in the Hamburg, PA office

Responsibilities

  • Create, manage, and adjust daily and weekly staff schedules across multiple client locations
  • Monitor attendance, track employee availability, and respond quickly to call-offs or last-minute changes
  • Communicate effectively with employees and supervisors to fill open shifts and resolve scheduling conflicts
  • Maintain accurate scheduling records using company software and databases
  • Use Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and Outlook to manage communication and daily tasks
  • Work closely with management and Hiring/Recruitment to support staffing needs and operational goals
  • Provide professional service while handling sensitive information with confidentiality
