HearCanada is seeking a Remote Scheduling and Sales Specialist to join their Inside Sales Team. This role is crucial in supporting sales targets by contacting prospective clients to book appointments with hearing care professionals. The specialist will identify client needs, introduce promotions, and ensure exceptional client experiences throughout their hearing journey. Requirements

1+ years experience in inside sales or high-volume appointment scheduling
Able to exercise empathy, and lead the conversation to obtain client bookings with individuals experiencing hearing loss
Highly motivated and goal-driven to exceed KPIs
Prior experience with CRM systems, and willing to learn new software and tools
Strong integrity, professionalism, and work ethic
Ability to work independently

Nice To Haves

Bilingualism in French and English would be a definite asset
Health industry experience is considered an asset
Preference given to candidates who are demonstrably bilingual (English, French)

Responsibilities

Support sales targets by contacting prospective clients to book an appointment with a hearing care professional in one of our many clinics across Canada
Identify client needs and new sales opportunities, introduce promotions, and book hearing care appointments
Meet and exceed daily Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and overall targets while ensuring each interaction is consistent with standards of HearCANADA
Participate in daily/weekly team meetings to share feedback and practice sales skills
Maintain a high-volume calling plan and update all pertinent client information in appointment system (CRM)
Communicate and work effectively with clinic teams to maximize booking schedules
