The Scheduling Analyst's duties include but are not limited to: organizing and coordinating Provider (MD, Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant) schedules. in order to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency and consistency Mains open communication with all Providers, Medical Directors and Center Managers to proactively address the needs of the business and Exer workers Communicates scheduling and staffing changes to affected centers and individuals Monitors, documents and implements scheduling changes that are needed on a monthly, weekly and daily basis Partners with credentialing and on-boarding teams to ensure all new Providers are ready to be scheduled to work Handles various administrative duties that support Clinical Operations. The Scheduling Analyst works independently with minimal guidance, demonstrates the ability to anticipate staffing needs,take initiative, feedback, and provides solutions when issues arise.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to lead conversations with various levels of leadership, including ability to effectively manage difficult situations and successfully interact with all Exer Providers
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail
  • Flexible schedule with ability to arrive early/stay late; weekend and holiday work scheduled on a rotational basis
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel – must be able to document accurately and in real time
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Must maintain a clean, healthful and professional appearance at all times
  • Office Setting: the noise level is moderate
  • The ability to stand and sit for hours at a time, some bending and stooping
  • This job requires access to confidential and sensitive information, requiring ongoing discretion and secure information management
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include Close vision, Distance vision, Peripheral vision, Depth perception and ability to adjust and focus
  • Must be able to hear and speak effectively in English
