About The Position

Responsible for daily corrugator production schedule based on incoming orders and customer requirements. Works closely with customer service to meet customer requirements. Monitors inventory levels of roll stock and coordinates deliveries of inbound roll stock.

Requirements

High School diploma required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
Basic Math Skills
Ability to multi-task and handle stressful situations in a fast paced environment.
Regular and predictable attendance is required.

Nice To Haves

Two or more years of related scheduling experience in a manufacturing environment.
Inventory Control experience.
Customer Service Skills
Excellent Communication Skills (verbal and written)
Detail Oriented and ability to be flexible and solve problems.

Responsibilities

Schedule the corrugator production by reviewing incoming orders continually throughout the day.
Works with Operations / Plant Managers to insure an efficient schedule that also meets customer demands.
Monitor roll stock inventory levels for on-site inventory as well as off-site warehouse inventory on a daily basis.
Create purchase orders for direct roll stock purchases.
Monitor on-time delivery of orders.
Coordinate daily release schedules for off-site warehouse inventory deliveries.
Manage aged roll stock.
Coordinate setting up new roll stock grade codes.
Maintaining the roll stock paper price database.
Coordinate any outside sales of roll stock and work closely with accounting to invoice customers on a timely basis.
Assist with month end inventory reconciliation of roll stock.
Close communication with customer service for order changes, cancellations, etc. in order to meet customer expectations.
Close communication with tower lead man/Plant Manager on any changes to the production schedule or special customer needs.
Coordinate with shipping department for off-site warehouse pick-ups on daily basis.
Additional duties as assigned.
