The Scheduler is responsible for assisting management with tasks including but not limited to: tasks related to union employee scheduling, tasks related to compliance reporting and discipline, serving as the frontline for general employee questions, supporting hiring events and orientations, and other administrative tasks as needed. Primarily, the Scheduler audits and inputs union employee schedules weekly in addition to contacting union employees directly for scheduling changes on short notice. This position spends a significant amount of time on the phone making and answering calls which may occasionally exceed 100 calls a day. The Scheduler will be required to work with employees and other key stakeholders in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
