About The Position

The primary duties of this role involve answering phones professionally and courteously, scheduling appointments, and providing information to callers. The position requires the ability to understand and follow instructions, assist in other areas as needed, and manage appointment diaries. This is a full-time, remote position requiring bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Answer telephone calls
  • Return all voicemail and email messages in a professional manner using proper phone and email etiquette
  • Take and relay messages
  • Assist in other areas when needed
  • Fax or email records
  • Provide information to callers
  • Transfer callers to correct destination
  • Deal with queries from the customers
  • Schedule appropriate appointments for exams, surgeries, medical procedures
  • Effectively manage schedule and daily appointments
  • Thoroughly enter client and patient information into computer system
  • Maintain appointment diary either manually or electronically
  • Monitor and maintain office equipment
  • Tidy and maintain the scheduling area
  • Update databases
  • Perform other duties as assigned
