Requirements
- Expert planning and scheduling systems expertise.
- Large, complex multi‑sector construction experience.
- Strong stakeholder communication and conflict management.
- Degree qualified; pursuing chartered professional accreditation.
Responsibilities
- Lead a Safety First culture, ensuring excellence in safety, quality, sustainability, compliance and wellbeing.
- Provide strategic leadership to deliver planning performance aligned to client goals and business objectives.
- Drive integrity through governance, commercial support and long‑term, sustainable business strategy.
- Develop and inspire high‑performing teams through coaching, knowledge sharing and talent stewardship.
