Requirements
- CPM schedules using industry-standard techniques and software
- Baseline schedules, updates, and time impact analyses
- Knowledge of cost estimating, productivity, and resource loading
- Present and explain schedules in meetings, presentations, and negotiations
Responsibilities
- Independently develop, review, and analyze CPM schedules using industry-standard techniques and software to deliver maximum value to clients and OCMI.
- Prepare baseline schedules, updates, and time impact analyses across all phases of project development.
- Apply knowledge of cost estimating, productivity, and resource loading to support schedule development.
- Confidently present and explain schedules in meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
- Support additional scheduling-related duties and assist with business development efforts
