About The Position
Scenic Living Communities is a continuing care retirement community in Iowa Falls, Iowa. Scenic Living Communities offers several levels of living including independent living, assisted living, short term rehab, and long term care. Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Six months of general clerical work experience in the medical records area and familiarity with electronic medical health records.
- Requires proficiency in Microsoft Office products and computer literate.
- Valid and appropriate Iowa driver's license
Nice To Haves
- CNA/CMA certification strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Schedule all nursing staff employees within established budgetary guidelines
- Scan, upload and manage the electronic health record to maintain accurate medical charts
- Orders, tracks, and maintains inventory of all nursing supplies and remains within the nursing budget
- Oversee and manage the transportation schedule, including appointments and ensuring clear and timely communication with drivers
