About The Position

S&B is currently seeking a Scheduler to take ownership of project schedules for medium to large EPC projects, or alliance programs. This role involves performing detailed schedule analysis, supporting project management in planning and progress control, and mentoring junior schedulers. Requirements

Minimum of 10 years of EPC, alliance or construction project scheduling experience.
Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and/or scheduling tools.
Strong knowledge of CPM, resource loading, and schedule integration.
Ability to read and interpret project contracts, scope, and technical drawings.
Strong analytical and leadership skills.
Ability to read and write in the English language.
Basic mathematical skills required.
Willingness to travel and accept field assignments based on project needs and demand.
Ability to stand, walk, reach, climb and balance.
Clear, close and distance vision, depth perception and the ability to focus.

Responsibilities

Plans, schedules, coordinates and oversees the work of all Project Controls activities at the project level.
Develop, maintain, and optimize detailed project schedules.
Facilitate interactive planning sessions.
Perform schedule risk analysis and critical path identification.
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction leads to ensure schedule alignment.
Support project reporting, including progress updates, forecasts, and milestone tracking.
Assist in schedule recovery planning and scenario analysis.
Mentor junior schedulers and review their work.
