We are seeking a Scheduler to support construction projects through the development, analysis, and management of project schedules. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate sequencing, duration, and coordination of construction activities across multiple phases of work.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or related field
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in construction scheduling
  • Demonstrated experience in New York City buildings projects
  • Proficiency in Primavera/Expedition or similar scheduling software
  • Strong understanding of construction sequencing, phasing, and project timelines
  • Experience analyzing delays, claims, and time impacts
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders across project teams

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, including sequencing of work, durations, and phasing
  • Utilize scheduling software such as Primavera/Expedition to manage and track project timelines
  • Analyze project schedules to identify risks, delays, and opportunities for improvement
  • Review and evaluate contractor schedules for accuracy and compliance
  • Support the analysis of claims, time extensions, and associated cost impacts
  • Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and consultants to ensure schedule alignment
  • Monitor project progress and provide updates on schedule performance
  • Support scheduling for new construction, renovations, and additions
  • Perform related duties as required
