The Scheduler will be responsible for performing take-off of quantities and activities from construction drawings or other documents for the creation of construction schedules. This role involves creating and maintaining construction schedules based on specific requirements from multiple departments, populating schedules with resource and cost information, and updating, maintaining, and revising monthly and weekly schedules and reports. The Scheduler will also compare and report on monthly schedules regarding changes, delays, or accelerations, and prepare Time Impact Analyses (TIAs) for analyzing and implementing mitigation procedures. Additionally, the role includes identifying warnings and risks to the project, analyzing monthly schedules for dispute resolution, preparing baseline CPM Schedules, and supporting change order preparation related to time impacts and delays. The Scheduler will also review project plans, requirements, specifications, and bid documents related to schedule and project controls, and compare and analyze competitive subcontractor and supplier bids.
