This position is responsible for maintaining and monitoring schedules for all assigned projects. The Scheduler will develop project schedules from bids, engage project managers and superintendents to develop project schedules, status, and performance. They will also develop specific item schedules as dictated by project requirements, build Package/Systems Schedules including logic, critical path float, resource loading, weighting, etc., and produce early/late planned progress curves and manpower histograms. The role involves managing changes to schedules, keeping stakeholders informed of impacts, preparing for and attending scheduled meetings, and providing weekly updates to project managers on project status. The Scheduler will keep schedules updated throughout the project lifecycle, generating reports and identifying deviations. Additionally, the role requires performing other duties to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction, and maintaining excellent attendance and punctuality.
