The purpose of this position is to help achieve the vision of Carle Home/Hospice Services by performing the duties of this position in a cost effective, results oriented and customer focused manner. This position is a critical component of the team structure within the Service Office and as such meeting individual performance and contribution to team performance goal is required. Provide data base management and maintenance to daily data entry activities and maintain the data in the Epic computer systems. Assist clinical field staff ordering medical supplies and DME. Prepare for and attend Team Meetings. Ensure all paperwork is completed. Appropriately triage incoming calls.
