About The Position

Performs advanced level of work related to nominations, confirmations, scheduling and month-end closing activities for ONEOK’s Crude Oil Gathering assets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of formal education and the following job-related knowledge or experience required.
  • Experience collaborating and communicating effectively
  • Experience and thorough knowledge of scheduling Crude Oil pipelines related to: Product movements, Inventory management, Customer service, Scheduling, inventory management and nominations software
  • Experience analyzing and resolving Scheduling issues and/or questions
  • Experience reading and interpreting contracts, agreements, reports, statements, invoices, confirmations, correspondence, tariffs, government regulations, industry standards, customer notifications and company policies and procedures
  • Experience composing and preparing reports for customers, other internal departments, management, etc.
  • Ability to apply basic math, algebra, and statistics
  • Ability to communicate and/or exchange written and verbal information or instructions

Nice To Haves

  • Engineering, accounting, finance or another similar technical discipline preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Initiate schedules for crude movements on pipelines to ensure nominations are filled each month.
  • Interact with operations control center representatives, operators, customers, other internal teams and other external business partners concerning nominations, allocations, billing, imbalances, daily flow and/or operational schedules.
  • Collaborate with other internal departments and stakeholders on analysis, review, development and implementation of future projects.
  • Develop, maintain and/or improve relationships with customers and other internal stakeholders.
  • Calculate, prepare, review and analyze information or reports including but not limited to: Allocations, Nominations and confirmations, Flow rates/capacity issues, Power optimization initiatives, Measurement discrepancies, Storage balances and customer inventory positions, Product quality initiatives, Connecting carrier allocation statements, Pipeline allocations, Tickets, End-of-month closing processes.
