About The Position
Innovative Home Services is looking for a dedicated and dynamic Scheduler/Home Health Aide or C.N.A. to support the operations of our private duty program at Freedom Plaza, a vibrant senior living community. This unique role combines schedule coordination and hands-on caregiving to enhance the lives of our residents while ensuring smooth program operations. As a Scheduler/Home Health Aide or C.N.A., you’ll have the opportunity to be a leader in the leadership team of a thriving private duty program, coordinate client scheduling to ensure seamless care delivery, assist with billing and payroll processes to maintain efficient operations, and provide hands-on personal care and companion services, making a direct and meaningful impact on residents’ daily lives. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys building relationships with residents and associates, and has a passion for making a positive impact in senior care.
Requirements
- Must be HHA or C.N.A. certified.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Current CPR certification or ability to obtain certification upon hire.
- Outstanding customer service and communication abilities.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Flexible and reliable in meeting commitments and supporting team needs.
Nice To Haves
- One year of experience working with older adults or in a related healthcare setting preferred.
