About The Position
Tri-State Physical Therapy, a Division of Tri-State Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine, a well-respected, privately-owned Orthopaedic Practice, is seeking an energetic individual to fill a full-time Scheduler/Front Office Receptionist/Customer Service Representative position in their North Hills Office. This role is for someone looking for a career, not just a job, who has the desire to work in a team environment and positively impact the lives of others on a daily basis.

Nice To Haves
- Physical Therapy or Medical Experience Preferred
Responsibilities
- Scheduling Initial Evaluations and Pre-Hab appointments
- Addressing phone calls and returning voicemails
- Front Office coverage when needed
- Administrative duties, including chart closures/discharges
