Requirements
- High school diploma/GED.
- For Imaging and Rehabilitation departments - One year of scheduling experience.
- Familiarity with department procedures and Medical terminology obtained from previous work experience or class.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for all aspects of scheduling including coordination of procedures, exams, communication with referring physicians and other departments.
- Collects vital information as indicated for every exam scheduled.
- Works closely with department staff which may include Physicians, Nurses, Therapists, Technologists and other office staff.
