About The Position

Bell Brothers Plumbing, Heating & Air is seeking a Dispatcher to drive revenue by coordinating and dispatching sales opportunities across HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Windows, and Sewer. The ideal candidate will ensure the right technician is assigned to the right opportunity at the right time while keeping schedules optimized and aligned with daily sales goals. This role is crucial for maximizing efficiency and revenue within our service operations.

Requirements

• 2+ years of dispatching experience.
• Call center experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to think ahead and make quick, effective decisions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and call center software.

Nice To Haves

• Service Titan experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily schedules and technician assignments to maximize efficiency and revenue.
• Dispatch calls based on technician skill, performance, and availability.
• Prioritize same-day and high-value opportunities.
• Adjust schedules in real time to handle cancellations, delays, and urgent needs.
• Monitor technician progress and maintain schedule visibility throughout the day.
• Coordinate turnovers and capture in-home sales opportunities.
• Ensure accurate job details, notes, and documentation for every dispatch.
• Confirm upcoming appointments and maintain strong communication with teams.
• Audit appointments and identify missed opportunities or scheduling gaps.
• Follow up on pending and canceled calls to recover revenue.
• Support inbound booking during high call volume as needed.
