About The Position

ProSidian Seeks a Schedule Analyst | Operations / Construction & Lifecycle Monitoring Support [DOE0059059] for Program Support on a Exempt 1099 Contract: No Overtime Pay Basis Remote (within USA - W/ On-Site Meetings Expected) in The CONUS - Located In Washington, DC / Nationwide (Remote Project Support Across the United States) Area. This role supports a department within the US Department of Energy (DOE), specifically The Loan Programs Office (LPO), which provides debt financing for energy infrastructure projects. The Schedule Analyst is aligned with the GSA Labor Category: Junior Consultant and requires relevant Energy Industry experience (Oil, Gas/Power, Utilities). The role involves providing Independent Engineering (IE) advisory services focused on schedule review, critical path analysis, delay risk, and milestone tracking within the Operations / Construction & Lifecycle Monitoring Support functional area. The analyst will convert engineering, construction, and risk findings into lender-ready due diligence and monitoring outputs. This includes assessing project schedules, critical paths, milestones, operational completion dates, variance trends, and schedule recovery plans.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, construction management, business, risk management, finance, or related field.
3-7 years of relevant technical, analytical, project controls, configuration, finance, or energy infrastructure support experience.
DOE/LPO or federal energy program exposure preferred.
Proficiency with business tools and technology, including Microsoft Office (advanced with Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word; proficient with Adobe Acrobat, data analytics tools, and Visio).
Ability to translate technical evidence into actionable risk, compliance, and financing implications.

Nice To Haves

Relevant certifications such as PMP, CQA, CIA, ISO Lead Auditor, CHMM, CSP, or PMI-RMP preferred.

Responsibilities

Provides Independent Engineering advisory support for Energy Dominance Financing (EDF) Program technical due diligence, credit evaluation, lifecycle monitoring, and assurance activities, with emphasis on project schedules, critical path, milestone logic, float, and delay risks.
Reviews project documentation, evaluates technical and commercial interfaces, identifies risks and mitigations, validates assumptions, supports conditions precedent and disbursement readiness reviews where applicable, and prepares defensible work products including Primavera/MS Project schedules, logic reviews, look-ahead schedules, milestone reports, and delay summaries.
Coordinates with engineering, finance, legal, construction, operations, environmental, HSE, and project controls stakeholders to support timely lender and DOE decision-making.
Assesses project schedule, critical path, milestones, operational completion date, variance trends, and schedule recovery plans, and delay risk.
May participate in data room reviews, borrower/contractor interviews, site observations, monthly monitoring meetings, risk register updates, CP evidence reviews, draw package checks, issue closure tracking, and preparation of Independent Engineer reports for DOE, LPO, credit, and program governance stakeholders.
